Privacy Policy.

Effective October 6, 2026. This page explains, in plain language, what this website does and does not do with your information.

The short version

This website does not ask you to create an account, does not store anything you type, and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you contact us, we use what you send only to reply to you.

Who we are

This website is operated by The Altitude Group, a coaching, training, and speaking practice led by Steve McNair and based in Pearland, Texas. You can reach us at steve@thealtitudegroupllc.com or 281.382.0184.

What happens when you use the contact form

The form on this site does not send your information to the website. When you press the button, it opens a draft message in your own email app. Nothing reaches us until you choose to send that email, and nothing you type is saved on this site.

Information you choose to send us

If you email or call, we receive what you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your message. We use it to respond to you and to discuss working together. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with others except when needed to respond to your request or when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run analytics or tracking tools.

Services that help run this site

  • Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify keeps standard server records, which can include your IP address and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.
  • Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to download them, and Google receives your IP address when that happens.
  • LinkedIn. Links to Steve's LinkedIn profile take you to LinkedIn, which has its own privacy policy.

Children

This website is intended for adults and business audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold from your messages, or ask us to delete it, by emailing steve@thealtitudegroupllc.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
